POWERFUL POLLINATORS
This week, campers will discover the incredible creatures responsible for keeping our world blooming. From bees and butterflies to beetles, bats, and hummingbirds, we’ll explore how each pollinator plays a vital role in helping plants grow, fruit, and flourish. Through hands‑on activities, outdoor exploration, and creative projects, campers will learn how pollination works, why these species are essential to healthy ecosystems, and what we can do to protect them. Throughout the week, every child will meet our insect and reptile ambassador animals and (weather permitting) have the chance to release a butterfly to support local pollinator populations.
Please contact Little Red Wagon Native Nursery/Tampa Bay Butterfly Foundation if you have any questions.
